  • Includes all related service fees, special transportation*, field trips, everything.

  • Tuition fee does not include paraprofessional services.

 

Financial Aid: Limited Availability, deadline to apply March 1, contact Ashley Riviere for more information. Quad Prep Students who are working with an educational attorney and The Quad Manhattan are not eligible for Financial Aid. 

 

Para Professional (1:1) Services: Starting at $9,092.00 (total for 6 weeks).  

 

*Busing only available if already coordinated through OPT throughout school year and if student receives special transportation services on a 12 month IEP and family has met all deadlines.

Reimbursement FAQ's

Q. Can I be reimbursed for tuition through the New York City Department of Education for the Summer Program at The Quad Manhattan?

A. Many families who have attempted to gain reimbursement for summer program tuition through the NYC DOE have been successful, having met the following requirements in their case: have retained an educational attorney to give any and all legal advice related to their case, 12 Month IEP and have received related services (Speech, OT, Counseling) over the summer. The Quad Manhattan does not guarantee reimbursement and recommends speaking with an educational attorney prior to making financial commitments for the summer program.

Q.Can I be reimbursed for paraprofessional services through the New York City Department of Education for The Summer Program at The Quad Manhattan?
A. Many families who have attempted to gain reimbursement for paraprofessional services through the NYC DOE have been successful, having met the following requirements in their case: have
retained an educational attorney to give any and all legal advice related to their case, 12 Month IEP, have had paraprofessional services listed on their IEP and have received related services (Speech, OT, Counseling) over the summer. The Quad Manhattan does not guarantee reimbursement and recommends speaking with an educational attorney prior to making financial commitments for the summer program.

Q.Does The Quad Manhattan offer bussing through the New York City Department of Education for the Summer Program?

A. Families who have applied for bussing services through the NYC DOE Office of Pupil Transportation (OPT) have been successful, having met the following requirements in their case: have retained an educational attorney to give any and all legal advice related to their case, 12 Month IEP and have had special transportation services listed on their IEP. The Quad Manhattan does not guarantee transportation and recommends speaking with an educational attorney and OPT prior to making financial commitments for the summer program. The Quad Manhattan also offers chaperoned pick up and drop off services. The deadline to register for these services is May 15. Click Here for more information. For families who have already been approved for transportation through OPT, The Quad Manhattan recommends preparing for alternative transportation in weeks 1-3 while bus routes are smoothed out.

Q.Can I be reimbursed for childcare services through the New York City Department of Education for the Summer Program at The Quad Manhattan?

A. There have been no attempts at reimbursements for childcare services between 3-5 PM (after hours) at The Quad Manhattan Summer Program. The Quad Manhattan offers this service on an hourly basis with an intimate ratio of 5 children to every 1 adult for working families who cannot pickup by 3 PM daily. The deadline to register for these services is July 1. Emergency late pickup is also available daily on an hourly basis once registered. Click Here for more information.
